Since we opened the first KFC restaurant in Malaysia in 1973, we have grown to become the country’s largest restaurant chain operator. The majority of our business is derived from operations in our primary market, Malaysia, followed by Singapore. KFC forms the largest part of our business and the key driver of our growth.
To date, we operate over 1,350 KFC and Pizza Hut restaurants. Malaysia ranks as the country with one of the largest KFC and Pizza Hut store counts making us the “Preferred Brand” for partnership with Malaysian corporations.

QSR Brands operates more than 500 Pizza Hut restaurants throughout Malaysia and Singapore, making it the largest pizza operator on both sides of the causeway. Being the No. 1 pizza brand in Malaysia, Pizza Hut is continuously evolving with Malaysians’ needs and preference, and it will continue to innovate and reimagine a whole new pizza experience in this new norm.

Malaysia’s leading sauce manufacturer, Region Food Industries Sdn Bhd (RFI) widely known for the delicious ‘Life’ condiments. These all-time family favourite sauces are supplied to all KFC and Pizza Huts in Malaysia and Singapore and are available at other fast food operators, supermarkets, hypermarkets and provision stores in Malaysia.
