At QSR Brands, we expect our employees to conduct themselves with a high standard of
professionalism and ethics in the conduct of our business and professional activities.
In view of this, the Whistleblowing Policy has been established to encourage and provide an avenue
for a whistleblower to raise concerns of any wrongdoings without fear of reprisals.
