A large digital billboard in Bukit Bintang began a 16‑hour live countdown, quietly showing sourdough dough rising in real time, accompanied by a single, honest line: “Our dough takes 16 hours to rise, for the perfect pizza.” No noise. No shortcuts. Just our craft, shared with pride.

That countdown mirrored the dedication our teams bring to work every single day. Every Hand Tossed Sourdough base is patiently cold‑fermented for 16 hours before any topping is added. Customers may never see the waiting, the preparation, or the precision — but our people show up for it, consistently and wholeheartedly, for every order.

The celebration continued at Pizza Hut Pavilion Elite, where our Craftmasters stepped forward to bring the process to life. Through live pizza‑making demonstrations, they shared the journey from dough to bake, giving many their first glimpse into the skill, passion, and teamwork behind each pizza we serve. It was a proud moment — not just for the product, but for the people behind it.
